This is a superb album, enlightening, unique and powerful. Meg has a rare gift and sees the world we share with such clarity and wisdom. She demonstrates her impressive skills on a selection of instruments especially guitar and violin. Her voice has a wonderful richness that envelopes you in each thought provoking story. The recordings and production values are excellent, Mark Woods/Engineer, Mastered by Dean Richards. Meg, John French would be proud of You and so very impressed with the quality of the sound. I sat in Studio 2 at 94.9MAINfm and played it today. I always feel him there and know he is listening. I heard an echo "Beautiful". - Glenn Williams, presenter of Fast-Forward, 93.9 MainFM
Tested always is our will, time to kiss or time to kill
All is balanced as can be, the stone is shaped by heaven's key
Holy is our wanton will
Toxic is the mistress as she dances in her lust
Toxic is the mother as the speech she turns to dust
Toxic is the father and the word he spoke too soon
Toxic is the strident boy who shines upon the moons
Toxic is the silent twin in fierce tranquility
And toxic is the heart that knows this ever-vexing sea
To the inner nerves it creeps, pain so vivid as it reaps
Mask of life is burnt to ash to glimpse the damned angelic flash
Holy is our wanton will
Tender is the mistress as she dances in her lust
Tender is the mother as the speech she turns to dust
Tender is the father and the word he spoke too soon
Tender is the strident boy who shines upon the moon
Tender is the silent twin in fierce tranquility
And tender is the heart that knows this ever-vexing sea
For stabs of joy and flights of pain, descend into the pit again
Tis here we kiss, 'tis here we reel, all for to touch, all for to feel
Holy is our wanton will
